What are the Penalties for Burglary in New Hampshire?

• For instance, entering a home or other occupied structure at night, committing any burglary while armed with a deadly weapon, or causing bodily injury results in a Class A Felony charge with exposure of up to 15 years at the New Hampshire State Prison.
