DOVER, NH — Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. is proud to announce the addition of a Keene office through a partnership with Bragdon, Baron & Kossayda, P.C.

With this addition, Shaheen & Gordon serves clients from six offices across New Hampshire and eight offices in total across New England.

“Our firm has strong New Hampshire roots, and we’ve always sought to help as many people throughout the state as possible,” says Michael Noonan, Managing Partner of Shaheen & Gordon. “Our push west to a region with underserved legal needs began with the addition of a Peterborough office in 2023. Stephen Bragdon has been practicing in Keene since 1975. He has focused his career on assisting clients in the areas of estate planning & probate, real estate, and business law.

Elana Baron has been practicing for 20 years and developed substantial experience in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, probate and elder law, collections and foreclosures, and corporate law. She is fluent in English and French and has clients from both sides of the USA/Canada border.

Adam Kossayda joined Bragdon, Baron, & Kossayda in 2006, before it was known by that name, and has spent his entire legal career serving the Keene area. His practice areas include formation, acquisition, and the sale of businesses, estate and trust planning, landlord/tenant, municipal, and school law.

Peter Heed, who currently serves “Of Counsel” to Bragdon, Baron & Kasadya, and Associate Attorney Lindsey Bramble round out the team.

The Keene group will continue to operate from their office at 82 Court Street in Keene in the historic Holbrook House. Shaheen & Gordon welcomes Bragdon, Baron & Kossayda’s experienced staff of paralegals and assistants who will continue to provide high-quality services that their clients have come to expect.
