We are proud to welcome Attorney Quinn P. Colgan to the firm’s business and real estate law group. He is based out of the firm’s Concord office, serving businesses across New Hampshire and Vermont.
Quinn brings over a decade of varied legal and business experience to the firm. His practice focuses on guiding clients through complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial financing, corporate governance and business succession planning, real estate transfers, leases, and zoning land use issues.
Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordon, Quinn worked directly with some major New Hampshire businesses. He was at Mascoma Bank as a Special Assets & Portfolio Management Officer and at Dartmouth Health as a Contracts Manager. Quinn also holds an MBA with a focus on finance. These experiences and skills give him unique insight into serving the needs of business clients.

Quinn is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel who proudly served on active and reserve duty as an infantry officer and judge advocate (military lawyer) for 23 years.
