Attorney Tracey Goyette Cote, a partner at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., has been selected as a winner of the New Hampshire Business Review's (NHBR) 2024 Outstanding Women in Business Awards.
The Outstanding Women in Business Award celebrates New Hampshire women who have demonstrated excellence in their professional lives while serving as valued leaders in their communities. This year, there were more than 80 nominations from which eight winners were selected.
Tracey joined Shaheen & Gordon in 2010 and was elected a partner in 2013. Shortly thereafter, she began serving on the firm’s five-person management committee.
Tracey is also chair of the firm’s family law practice group, which she built into one of the most respected and relied upon family law departments in the state. She has published several articles and taught numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars (CLEs) to help mentor current and future generations of legal practitioners. Her professional success and reputation have drawn talented attorneys and staff to the firm and have grown the family law department and firm revenue each year.
Her outstanding legal work is often recognized by her peers—she has been listed as a New England Super Lawyer since 2020, recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 2019, and voted Family Law Attorney of the Year in 2020 and 2023 for Concord, NH.
