Attorney Cole Durst to Focus in Areas of Criminal Defense, Civil Rights, and Employment Law
We are proud to welcome Attorney Leah Cole Durst to the firm. She will be based out of the our Concord office and will represent clients facing a range of legal challenges, including criminal defense, civil rights, and employment law.
Before joining Shaheen & Gordon, Cole Durst worked as a staff attorney with Greater Boston Legal Services. She participated in their COVID Eviction Legal Help Program (CELHP) to provide legal information, assistance, and representation to low-income tenants affected by COVID-19. She also gained significant experience in criminal defense through positions at the Federal Defender Office in Boston, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and at a private Boston firm.

Cole Durst graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law with a criminal justice concentration. She is admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar as well as the Massachusetts State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire. She now resides in Brookline, Massachusetts.
