Decorated Attorney Brings Experience, Expertise in Government Investigations, White Collar Criminal Defense, and Securities Litigation
We are proud to welcome one of the preeminent litigators in New Hampshire to our roster with the addition of Brian M. Quirk.
Brian has been consistently recognized as one of the leading defense attorneys in New Hampshire by his peers and clients. His honors include recognition as Top Criminal Defense Attorney in New Hampshire by Business NH Magazine and ongoing inclusion in New England Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and most recently the Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.
At Shaheen & Gordon, Brian will focus his practice in the areas of government investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and securities litigation, including regulatory work for businesses and individuals. He will work out of the firm’s Concord office.
Brian joins Shaheen & Gordon after spending the past 17 years at the Concord law firm Preti Flaherty. He was a director in the firm’s litigation group and was co-chair of the white collar defense & government investigations practice group. He also previously served as senior assistant attorney general for the N.H. Department of Justice, where he prosecuted homicides, white collar crimes, and public integrity matters.
“Brian is one of the finest litigators in this region,” says Michael Noonan, President and Managing Director of Shaheen & Gordon. “His success and experience as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney will give our clients a distinct advantage. We couldn’t be happier to have him on our team.”
Brian is active in the community, including serving on the board of the Crisis Center of Central New Hampshire, which provides services and shelter to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder abuse, and child abuse.
