Attorney Bensinger to Work on Litigation Across Practice Areas
We are proud to welcome Attorney Olivia Bensinger to the firm’s litigation practice. She will be based out of the firm’s Concord office.
Bensinger, a graduate of Harvard Law School, will assist clients with matters related to personal injury, civil rights, employment, and general litigation. She is proficient in Spanish.
Bensinger’s experience includes a prestigious clerkship with the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama, where she managed approximately 50 civil dockets. She gained private practice experience with a top international law firm based out of New York City, handling all aspects of litigation for clients in the financial services, construction, pharmaceutical, and mining sectors. While there, she also served as chair of the Latinx Attorney Affinity Group.
