We are happy to announce that Emma Stilson has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Trusts, Estates, & Guardianships practice group. She will work out of our Dover office.
Stilson will focus on helping individuals and families develop personalized estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other documents. Her understanding of how complex probate matters are handled at trial means that Stilson’s plans will be built to withstand challenges.

Stilson joins Shaheen & Gordon after practicing family law and estate planning at Morneau Law in Nashua. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where she was a member of the school’s prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program and served as associate editor of the UNH Law Review.
She serves on the Board of Trustees of the Humane Society for Greater Nashua.
