In this role, Spencer participates in discussions among bar and bench members to facilitate a dialogue and ongoing communications on issues relevant to federal practice. The Federal Practice section was formed to help improve the professional knowledge and skills of its members in relation to practice before the Federal Courts in New Hampshire and the First Circuit.
