Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (formerly Meadowbrook) announced it has sold an interest in the concert venue to Live Nation Entertainment.
The Pavilion in Gilford is a 9,000-seat amphitheater and has been operating as a concert venue since the 1990s. The Pavilion’s President Robert “R.J.” Harding says the new partnership will only enhance the summer music experience, which features such top-named acts as Alan Jackson and Charlie Puth slated for 2018.
“We are very excited about what this partnership will mean for the future of the venue.” Harding said, “I feel like we have no limits in what can be accomplished now.”
Harding and his wife, Bridget, will continue to run day-to-day operations at the venue.
Live Nation Entertainment is a live entertainment company comprised of Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship.
“We congratulate R.J., Bridget and their team and wish them continued success,” says Attorney Sean O’Connell, partner/shareholder with Shaheen & Gordon, P.A.
O’Connell and Attorney John Goodlander represented Meadowbrook Farm.
