This honorary organization is comprised of legal scholars, law faculty, judges, and attorneys whose private and public careers have shown exceptional dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession and the betterment of their communities. Membership is reserved for only the top one percent of licensed attorneys in each jurisdiction. Members are peer nominated and are elected by the Board of the ABF.

Attorney Noonan is the President and Managing Director of Shaheen & Gordon, a full-service law firm serving northern New England. He represents injury victims and their families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases of all types. He is a member of the Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont State Bar Associations, the New Hampshire and American Associations for Justice, the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, North American Brain Injury Society and the Motorcycle Injury Trial Lawyers Association. Attorney Noonan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1987, and in 1990, he graduated from the Boston University School of Law, where he was honored as a Paul J. Liacos scholar.
