William Baker is a member of the firm’s Business and Civil Litigation Groups. He has over a decade of experience representing a diverse cross-section of individuals and businesses throughout New Hampshire, New York, and Colorado.
Will works to build lasting, trusting relationships with his clients. His motivation to see them succeed drives a creative approach to legal challenges. Innovative solutions both inside and outside the courtroom produce the measurable results clients need. He guides businesses through a range of matters, including business formation and organization, regulatory matters, employment law, succession planning, litigation, and more.
Will received his law degree from the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law and spent his first 10 years practicing in Colorado, where he founded a successful firm built on his client-driven approach. In addition to his legal experience, Will holds an MBA and brings these added skills to his business practice.
A native of Buffalo, NY, Will now calls New England home. When he’s not in the office, Will enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the natural wonders of the Seacoast region and beyond, and the creative arts.
