With more than 20 years’ experience providing legal services, he helps his clients manage the life and health of their businesses, including purchase and sales, acquisition, entity selection and creation as well as corporate dissolution, drafting, defending and challenging non-compete, and other restrictive covenants. He understands the needs of business owners in New Hampshire and Maine and is focused on reaching efficient and fair outcomes.
Sean successfully represented Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion (formerly Meadowbrook) during its sale of an interest in the concert venue to Live Nation Entertainment. He also represented a client in the specialty foods business in an acquisition of a competitor valued at over $20M.
A native of Durham, New Hampshire, he received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1987 and then went on to compete in the U.S. National Rowing Team for several years. Sean received his Juris Doctorate from UNH Law School in 1995.
