Jocelyn is a member of the Trusts, Estates & Guardianships practice group. Jocelyn prides herself on partnering with clients to develop their estate plans whether that be a simple young family's first estate plan, a more complex estate plan for those reaching retirement and beyond, or administering an estate or trust following the death of a loved one. She brings a warmth and compassion to her work that eases what can be very challenging conservations and heavily emotional events in her clients' lives.
Jocelyn has experience working with families and individuals on basic estate planning, comprehensive estate planning to minimize estate taxes, guardianships, trust administration, estate administration and probate, and long-term care planning. Prior to joining Shaheen & Gordan, Jocelyn practiced in Massachusetts.
Jocelyn grew up in Colorado and received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Public Administration from The University of Arizona. She completed her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology before becoming a civil rights investigator and moving to Massachusetts to work for Bridgewater State University.
