Over the last decade, Crystal Maldonado has represented clients in a variety of civil litigation matters with a focus on domestic relations. Her work includes negotiating and litigating cases involving divorce, child support, parenting, post-divorce modification, enforcement, father’s rights, domestic violence issues, grandparent rights, relocation, parental kidnappings, pre-nuptial agreements, termination of parental rights, guardianships as well as surrogacy and adoptions.
Families face many challenges when dealing with domestic matters and Crystal prides herself in guiding clients through each step, ensuring they are educated about their rights and decisions and making the process as stress free as possible. While she always tries to mediate and negotiate a settlement in her client’s best interest, she is a strong and powerful advocate for clients in the court room should it become necessary.
As a New Hampshire native and graduate of the Daniel Webster Scholars Program at UNH School of Law, Crystal continues to be involved in the community and as an adjunct professor of family law. As a wife and mother to three amazing boys, she spends most of her free time with her family frequenting parks and children’s play areas and traveling as often as possible in and around the United States and abroad.
