Austin Mikolaities is a member of the Shaheen & Gordon’s Business Law group.
Austin’s practice focuses on complex corporate transactions, including purchase and sales, mergers and acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, membership interest transfers and stock/asset sales. His practice also includes commercial and residential real estate and labor and employment law. Austin seeks to build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing legal guidance for businesses.
In addition to his experience in private practice, Austin previously worked as an attorney for a large renewable energy corporation in Portland, Oregon.
Austin was born in Portsmouth, NH and received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 2015. Austin received his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 2018 where he was a member of the prestigious Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a unique practice-based curriculum, graduates of which are admitted to practice in the state of New Hampshire upon graduation. He is a member of the New Hampshire State Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire.
Austin now lives in Dover, NH, and enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with his family and Siberian Husky.
