Dustin M. Lee

Biography

Dustin joined Shaheen and Gordon’s Concord office in the Fall of 2011 after working as a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

At Debevoise, Dustin’s practice focused on the representation of Fortune 500 companies, audit committees, and individuals in white-collar criminal matters, SEC, PCAOB, and state Attorney General enforcement actions, internal investigations, and commercial litigation.

He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a semifinalist in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition, in 2004.

Prior to law school, Dustin worked as an Investigative Analyst in the Rackets Bureau of the New York County District Attorney’s Office. He earned an A.B.  degree from Princeton University in 1999.
